第49届世界体操锦标赛女子平衡木成套动作编排特征

摘    要:对参加第49届世界体操锦标赛平衡木决赛的8名运动员的成套动作编排进行深度系统解析,探讨平衡木成套动作的编排特征及发展趋势.结果表明:1)平衡木的D分、E分均呈上升趋势,并朝着高难度、高完成质量和高艺术性的方向发展;2)上法动作难度有所加大,成功率高的D组难度动作仍是运动员的最佳选择,技巧类上法动作颇受运动员青睐;3)木中单个动作的比例下降,跳步、技巧类动作呈现多样化趋势;木中连接动作占比较大,混合动作连接逐渐占据主导地位,"D+C+C,D+D+C,D+D+B"动作组合是木中连接动作的发展趋势;4)下法编排多样化,单个动作的下法被淘汰,踺子接空翻转体类的高难度技巧动作依旧是主流下法动作,美国选手拜尔斯"后手翻+后手翻+旋儿"的三连接将引领下法向更高难度方向发展.

Characteristics of routine movement arrangement for Women's Balance Beam in the 49th World Gymnastics Championships

Abstract:The authors analyzed the characteristics of routine movement arrangement for the 8 excellent athletes who participated in the balance beam final in the 49 th World Gymnastics Championships, the characteristics and trends of the complete sets of movements of the balance beam were systematically analyzed, which revealed: 1)the D and E point has not only the tendency of increasing, also the direction to the upper difficulty, the upper complete and the upper artistry; 2)the difficulty of the upper moves increases, and the skill moves are favored by the athletes. The difficulty movement of group D with high success rate is still the best choice for the athletes. 3)the proportion of individual movements in wood decreased, and the jumping skills showed a trend of diversification; The connection in wood action of relatively is large, the mixed connections gradually dominate the whole sets of movements, "D+C+C,D+D+C,D+D+B" action combination is the development trend of the action in wood, 4)dismounts choreography diversification, individual moves are eliminated, round-off answer the air spring plane technique difficult movements are still the mainstream of play, Biles of the United States used three connection of "Flic-flac+Flic-flac+Twist" will lead the balance beam to develop in the direction of higher difficulty.
