摘    要:目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为TIANHE C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40∶60∶0.5)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为320 nm.结果:阿魏酸在0.036~0.216μg范围内,线形关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.4%(n=5),RSD为0.76%.结论:该方法测定阿魏酸含量简便、快捷、准确.

Abstract:Objective:A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method has been developed for determination of ferulic acid in radix angelica sinensis.Method:The ferulic acid was determined by HPLC.A 250 mm×4.6 mm,TIANHE C18 column with mobile phase MeOH∶H2O∶CH3COOH(40∶60∶0.5),at flow rate 1.00 mL·min-1 and detection at wavelength of 320 nm.Result:The linear range of ferulic acid was in the ranges of 0.036~0.216 ug,(r=0.9999),and the recovery was 101.4% with RSD 0.76%(n=5).Conclusion:HPLC was a simple,fast and accurate method for ferulic acid analysis.
