| Abstract: | Peptidoglycan is an unique composition of the real bacterial cell wall,because it plays a major role in the physiological functions of the bacterial cell wall and becomes the main subject of research on the bacterial cell wall at present.The chemical composition,structural feature,classification,separation and purification,biosynthesis,biological function,application prospect of peptidoglycan of the bacterial cell wall and so on are introduced. |
