摘    要:以Bi( NO3)3·5H2O为原料,利用弱碱并流沉淀法制备Bi2O3粉体,实验结果表明最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度为30℃,Bi(NO3)3溶液的浓度为0.20 mol/L,最佳反应pH为8.XRD分析结果表明产物为α - Bi2O3,晶粒尺寸约为34 nm.

Abstract:Nano-Bi2O3 was prepared using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O as material by paralled flaw precipitation method with weak base.The optimal experimental conditions can be summarized as follow: reaction temperature is 30 ℃,the concentration of bismuth nitrate solution is 0.2 mol/L,pH value of reaction is 8.0.XRD characterization shows the crystal size of Bi2O3 prepared is about 34 nm.
