高低温试验箱内温度场实验及数值研究

摘    要:高低温试验箱内部循环风速的大小对试验区的温度变化速率和温度场均匀性有着关键性作用,为了提高温变速率和温度场的均匀性,以内箱体积576 L的高低温试验箱作为研究对象,通过数值模拟分析6种送风方案(送风风速依次为1、2、3、4、5、6 m/s)下试验箱内试验区的温变速率、温度场,并计算分析能量利用系数.结果表明,方案1、2、3的温度场均匀性较差,故排除.然后再对方案4、5、6做进一步的流场和温度场分析,排除方案4.最终通过对回风口的风速和温度的不均匀系数的计算结果进行比较可知,该型号试验箱的送风风速可选择为5~6m/s.

Abstract:High and low temperature test chamber inner loop to test area the size of the rate of temperature change of wind speed and the uniformity of the temperature field has a key role, in order to improve the rate of temperature change and the uniformity of temperature field, the paper box volume within 576L of high and low temperature test chamber as the research object, through the numerical simulation analysis of six kinds of air supply scheme under test in the test area of temperature change rate, temperature field, and calculate the energy utilization coefficient was analyzed. The results show that the uniformity of temperature field in scheme 1, 2 and 3 is poor, so they are excluded. Then, further flow field and temperature field analysis are carried out for scheme 4, 5 and 6 to exclude scheme 4. Finally, by comparing the calculation results of the non-uniformity coefficient of wind speed and temperature at the return air outlet, it can be seen that the supply wind speed of this type of test box can be selected to be between 5 and 6m/s.
