Abstract:In order to accurately evaluate the revenue risk of sewage treatment PPP projects and address the limitations of single method evaluation, this paper proposed an improved weighted cloud model of revenue risk evaluation model. First of all, a sewage treatment PPP project revenue risk evaluation index system was established, and an improved FSE-SD second weighting model was proposed in order to get the final weight of risk index to give the risk indicators a second weighting basd on the traditional subjective and objective weighting of risk indicators. Finally, it built synthetic evaluation of cloud model to evaluate the project revenue risk, and determined the project revenue risk level by comparing the comprehensive cloud and the standard cloud similarity. According to the law of large numbers it took the mean of countable infinite similarity to reduce the randomness of similarity and improve the calculation accuracy.
