| Abstract: | Emancipating minds, progressing with age and exploiting and innovating are distinct characteristics of the 16th National People's Congress of CCP. Universities must study and implement this spirit eamestly to accomplish leap-frog and transnormal development. They should make breakthroughs and innovations in the ideas and systems of running universities, in the construction of subjects and in the campus culture to be successful in the increasing social competition. |
