摘    要:合成了5,11,17,23-四(1-蒽醌偶氮基)-25,26,27,28-四羟基杯4]芳烃,并用荧光方法研究了该衍生物在有机介质中对碱金属离子的识别性能.结果表明,钠离子对该衍生物有荧光猝灭功能,在2.0×10-6~4.0×10-5mol/L范围内的钠离子与F0/F和(F0-F)值呈线性关系,检测限可达3.5×10-7mol/L.并用分子模拟方法就衍生物的识别机理作了初步探讨.

Abstract:A new type of fluorescence calix4]arene derivative having four anthraquinoneazo groups on the upper rim has been synthesized. The most favorable sensor is 5,11,17,23-tetrakis(1-anthraquinone)azo]-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxy calix4]arene. The complexes of the derivative with alkali metal ions show that the designed derivative has fluorescent quenching for selective sodium (Ⅰ), so it is successfully applied to recognize sodium ion by fluorometric method. The stoichiometry and stability constant are calculated. A quantitative basis in the range of 2.0 × 10-6 mol L-1 ~4.0 × 10-5 mol L-1 for the determination of Na+ is the linear relationships, F0/F = (0. 964±0.002)+(3.13±0.009) × 104 Na+ ](R=0.9957), △F= (F0 -F)= (1. 484±0.7)+(1.61±0. 005) × 105Na+ ](R=0.9957). The limits of detection (LOD) are calculated to be 3.5 × 10-7 mol L-1 , 4.7 × 10-7 mol L-1 respectively.
