沙蒿接枝共聚制备高吸水树脂的研究

摘    要:采用沙蒿籽为原料与丙烯酸(钠)接枝共聚制备了高吸水树脂;考察了丙烯酸中和度、丙烯酸用量、引发剂和交联剂的种类及其用量等各因素对产物吸水率的影响;所得吸水树脂的吸水率为487.2g/g,其吸水速率适中,热稳定性和在室温下的保水性均较好。

Abstract:The high water-absorbent was synthesized with acrylic acid and its sodium salt grated on Artemisia desertorum.The effects of factors such as neutralization,the amount of graft monomer,initator and cross-linking agent on the water-absorbency were discussed.The prepared grafted Artemisa desertonm absorbed times distilled water and showed well thermal stability and the water-absorbency of the products is about 487.2g/g.
