毛细管电泳分离雷公藤有效成分

摘    要:用胶束毛细管电泳法分离和测定雷公藤中雷公藤内酯醇和雷公藤内酯酮的含量.在优化分离条件下,2种有效成分的线性范围分别为0.05349~4.33g/L和0.01862~3.46g/L;最低检测限分别为0.05349g/L和0.01862g/L.得到满意的分离效果.

Abstract:In this paper, a micellar capillary electrophoresis (MECC) method for the identification and determination of triptolide and triptonide in Tripterygium wilfordii hook f has been established. The linear ranges were 0.053 49 ~ 4.33 g/L for triptolide and 0.018 62~3.46 g/L for triptonide,respectively. The detection limits were 0.053 49 g/L for triptolide and 0.018 62 g/L for triptonide,respectively. The method was successfully applied to monitoring the quality of different Tripterygium wilfordii hook f.
