摘    要:根据直流锅炉对流受热面管内介质及管外烟气流动传热所遵循的质量守恒方程、动量守恒方程、能量守恒方程及金属蓄热方程,采用分布参数法建立了考虑喷水及蒸汽冷凝等情况的过热器、再热器及省煤器动态过程数学模型,该模型能够计算包括参数变化幅度大、锅炉启停与事故状态下的对流受热面动态特性。作为一个例子,计算了石洞口第二电厂1993年7月6日冷态启动过程锅炉主蒸汽压力与温度、再热蒸汽温度及省煤器压力与出口温度等参数随燃料量的变化关系,结果表明计算值与测量值比较一致,所建立的模型是正确可靠的.

Abstract:On the basis of conservation equations of mass, momentum, energy and metal heat storage equation which describes the heat transfer and flow of fluid and flue gas, the dynamic processes mathematical model of superheater, reheater and economizer, taking into account of water spray and steam condensation, is established with the distribution parameters method. The model can calculate the convective heating surface characteristics of dynamic processes with large-scale parameters change, i.e., boiler start-up, shut down, and accident. As an example, the main steam pressure and temperature, reheat steam temperature and economizer pressure and outlet temperature responses to the fuel rate during cold start (July 6, 1993) of Shidongkou Second Power Plant are calculated. The results show that there is a close agreement between the calculated values and the measured values, and this verifies the reliability of the model.
