摘    要:竞争情报是当代企业生存和发展的四大要素之一,但迄今仍无公认的定义。文章基于经典案例和国家标准《术语工作:原则与方法》(GB/T 10112—1999)探讨竞争情报的定义,指出竞争情报是竞争领域中旨在决策而将所需信息的搜集与分析相集成的方法论,是多种信息搜集方法的组合与不同信息分析方法的综合,所涉及的方法必须正当、合法。

Abstract:Competitive intel igence (Cl) is one of four basic elements for the present-day enterprise for exist and development, but its definitions have not been general y accepted as yet, which inhibits the devel-opment and application of Cl in China. The new definition of Cl is presented based on the classic case in the field of Cl and “ Terminology work-Principles and methods” ( GB/ T 10112-1999). Cl is the method in integrating the col ection and analysis of information for competitor to make policy. Cl contains many methods of col ection and analysis of information and al methods should be proper and legitimate.
