| 摘 要： | 介绍一种利用CCD传感器对物体微小质量测量的新方法.利用浮力的原理结合CCD制作一种新型质量传感器.把待测物体放在特制小浮标上,小浮标下沉的距离通过CCD测量出来,再将这一段位移量换算成物体的质量.系统采用软硬件结合技术构成CCD驱动电路,将CCD的输出信号经过模拟电路处理后,送给以AT89C55单片机为核心部件的主控电路处理,用数字和图形两种方式在LCD或同时在PC机上显示测量结果.

| Abstract: | A new method of measuring minuteness quality by using CCD sensor is introduced.The new type quality-sensor making use of buoyancy theory and combining CCD is made.The measuring object is put down on the special made buoy,then the sunk distance of the buoy is measured.The displacement is transformed to the quality of the object.The system adopts the combining technology of software and hardware.Through CCD driving circuit and simulation circuit,the output signal of CCD is treated.Then it is dealt with by the main control circuit,which made up of the Single Chip Micyoco of AT89C55.Finally,the measuring result is displayed by the fashion of digital and graphics in LCD or PC computer at the same time. |
