作风是主体的一个重要规定——论作风的内涵、特征及建设

人的世界观和价值观通过实践活动表现出来就形成作风。作风就主体而言,可分为个人作风、集团作风和社会风气。总的来说,作风是一种渗透性范畴,而不是一种关系范畴。它的着眼点并不是主体作用于客体的具体的方式,而是主体的态度、观点以及行为的惯性。作风并不是实践、认识、价值评价和审美活动本身,但又离不开这些活动。它以这些活动为载体,作为静态的形式沉淀在主体中;并作为动态过程渗透在上述活动中,对主体的认识、实践能力的发挥和运用往往起到引导、选择、激发和调节作用。作风是人的实践活动的结果,反过来又可以对人的实践和认识活动施加影响,这其中包括积极和消极的影响。加强党风建设,创造积极向上的社会风气,是社会主义现代化建设的必然要求。

Style Is an Important Property of Subject

In practice , one' s outlook on the world and value takes the form of style. Style, in the light of subject, can be divided into three kinds , such as individual style, group style and social conduct. On the whole, style is a permeable type but not relational. When talking about style of work, we pay more attention to subject' s attitude towards the world and habitual behavior than to concrete ways that subject functions upon object. Though different from practice, cognition, evaluation and aesthetic judgment, style permeates them and plays the role of directing or regulating subject' s activities. Style is the result of people' s practice, and in reverse, it can influence the process of practice and cognition either in positive way or in negative way. It is inevitably required that the Party' s style construction be strengthened and that an active and positive style be established to better the surroundings of socialist construction.
