玉米杂种与其亲本间根系活力及ATP酶RNA酶活性的比较研究

摘    要:玉米伤流量及伤流中离子浓度均是夜间大于白天。杂种植株伤流量明显多于双亲,虽伤流液中的离子浓度均低于亲本,但杂种每株伤流中钾的含量却高于亲本。杂种伤流中钾的含量和与双亲相比钾的平均优势与籽粒产量呈正相关关系。 杂种幼苗根系的水势低于亲本。杂种幼苗根端细胞ATP酶活性大于双亲或介于双亲之间。而RNA酶活性介于或大于双亲。 结果表明:杂种植株根系发达,根系吸收水分和矿物质元素的能力较强,这一表现是根系代谢综合作用的结果。

Abstract:The contents of maize bleeding sap and ion concentration in it are all greater on by day than at night.The contents of bleedintg sap a hybrid plant are obviously more than that of its parents, but electrocon activity, that is, ion concentration in the bleeding sap are all less than its parents. Potassium contents in the bleeding sap from each hybrid plantare greater than its parents.The result obtaine shows tha potassiuv contents in bleeding sap of a hybrid Plant are positively correlation witht grain yields.Water potential in root system of a hybrid seeling is less than its parents, which means the concentration of root cell sap are greater than its parents. ATPase activities in cells from hybrid seedling root top are great erthan or between ita parents., but RNAose activities are between or greater than its parents. It can be seen from this that the root system of a hybrid plant is well-developed, the ability to absorb water and mineral elements for root system is greater, what is more, It is great to absorb water than mineral elements.This phenomenon is the result of combined action with water potential of root system, ATPase and RNAase sctivities in the cells of vigorous growth zone of root.
