| 摘 要： | 对普通高校大学生在体育活动中的运动损伤进行调查,并对损伤在运动项目上的分布、损伤性质及损伤原因作了重点分析,同时对其预防措施进行了探讨,目的是使大学生掌握预防运动损伤的有效办法,从而提高锻炼效果.
