| 摘 要： | 提出系统（环境生态系统，工程技术系统，经济，社会系统等）无结构决策问题一个新的求解途径，是作者在《开放的复杂水资源巨系统概念及决策技术》一文工作的拓广。最后，与美国运筹学家萨迪教授提出的著名的层次分析法进行了比较，在理论与实用上都优于该法。
