| 摘 要： | 河南劳动力市场中,就业总量压力大,"就业难"和"招工难"的结构性矛盾突出。河南劳动力的就业现状和就业趋势及其突出问题说明,应该采取把产业结构、教育结构和城乡政策纳入就业结构来解决就业问题的对策来解决这一就业难题。

| Abstract: | The total labors asking for employment is stressful,and the structural contradiction between employment and recruitment difficulties is serious in the labor market in Henan.The suggestions are been put forward that the industrial structure,educational structure and employment structure may be put into urban and rural policy to consider as a whole to solve the problem of employment by analyzing employment status,employment trends and their outstanding problems. |
