| 摘 要： | 卓越法律人才的培养,需要法学专业建设进行全方位的综合改革。改革内容涉及到人才培养方案的制定、和实务部门联合培养机制的形成、"双师型"教学团队的建设、课程内容和课程体系的重构、教学方法和教学手段的改革、实践教学环节的构建等。根据教育部文件精神,结合我国当前法学专业建设实际情况,可以确定法学专业综合改革试点的建设目标,明确实施的具体方案。

| Abstract: | excellent training of legal personnel,need law major construction of comprehensive reform.Reform content relates to the personnel training plan,and practical departments joint training mechanism,＂double teacher type＂teaching team construction,curriculum content and curriculum system reconstruction,teaching method and teaching means,the reform of practice teaching of construction.According to the Ministry of education document spirit,combined with China’s current law major construction actual situation,determine the law professional comprehensive reform pilot construction target,put forward to implement the specific proposal. |
