| 摘 要： | 民事诉讼举证责任包括不可分割的三层涵义，即提供证据的责任、证明主张的责任和败诉的风险责任。举证责任的三层涵义在民事诉讼庭审过程中都有表现，它贯穿于法庭审理的全过程，成为民事诉讼证据的核心。
