新型桥联双氨基脒基与环合环己二胺的合成

以1,2-二胺基环己烷为母体,将其与三甲基氯硅烷反应后的产物(1R,2R)-(-)-1,2-(NHSiMe3)2C6H102单锂化后与二甲基二氯硅烷经一步反应合成了一种新型的有机化合物Me2Si(1R,2R)-(-)-1,2-(NSiMe3)2C6H10]4,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR和MS等进行了表征,化合物2双锂化后与二甲氨基腈在正己烷中反应得到晶形化合物(1R,2R)-(-)-1-LiNC(NMe2)N(SiMe3)]-2-LiNC(NMe2)NC(NMe2)N(SiMe3)]-C6H106,结果表明化合物4是一种新型的环状化合物,化合物6是一种特殊的桥联双氨基脒基化合物,并对它们的形成机理进行了研究.

Synthesis on Novel Bridged Amidinate-diamido and Annular Diaminocyclohexane

Compound 2 (1R,2R)-(-)-1,2-bis(trimethylsilylamino)-cyclohexane was prepared by reaction of parent chiral 1,2-Diaminocyclohexane (DACH) with chlorotrimethylsilane.Treatment of 2 with one equiv.of n-butyllithium and dichlorodimethylsilane gave a novel organic compound dimethylsilyl (1R,2R)-(-)(-1),2-bis(trimethylsilylamino)-cyclohexane]4.The compound 4 was characterized by ()~1H NMR, ()~(13)C NMR and MS spectra.Treatment of 2 with two equiv.of n-butyllithium and dimethylcyanamide in hexane obtained a crystalline product (1R,2R)-(-)-1-{N-(trimethylsilyl)-(N,N-dimethylamino)amidino-N'-}-2-{N-N,N-dimethyl-N'-(trimethylsily)formamidino]-(N,N-dimethylamino)amidino-N'-}-dilithium-cyclohexane 6.The result suggested that the compound 4 was a new annular and the structure of 6 was an unusual bridged amidinate-dicyanamide compound.The possible mechanisms of reaction were suggested.
