| 摘 要： | 在三乙胺存在下，用（R）－N-乙酸四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸与D，L-甲硫氨酸，D，L-缬氨酸，D，L-色氨酸反应，得到光学活性对映体过剩产物L－N-乙酰甲硫氨酸，L－N-乙酸缬氨酸，L－N-乙酰色氨酸．分离出光学活性对映体过剩产物D-甲硫氨酸、D-缬氨酸、D-色氨酸．并用半经验的量子化学PM3方法研究反应物、产物的电子结构及反应热焓．

| Abstract: | The present paper covers the recognition reactions of R-N-acetylthiazolidine-2-thione-4-carboxylic acid with each of D,L-methionine, D,L-valine and D,L-tryptophan in the presence of Et3N and H2O as the solvent. The optically active enantiomeric excess L-acetylmethionine, L-acetylvaline and L-acetyltryptoghan were respectively obtained and the enantiomeric excess D-methlonine, D-valine and D-tryptophan were separeted at tile same time. The electronic structures of the products and reactants were studied by molecular orbital PM3 method. The reaction enthalpies of the products were obtained. |
