| Abstract: | A variety of excitation mechanisms for experimental teaching in colleges and universities are introduced in detail to fully mobilize laboratory teachers to be full of enthusiasm about their work. And these excitation mechanisms are established in many ways such as performance evaluation index, professional title promotion mechanism, award situation, welfare treatment and talent introduction system. |
