摘    要:采用柠檬酸-乙二醇络合法,以硝酸锂、硝酸氧锆、硝酸钾为原料制备了掺钾Li2ZrO3超细晶体粉末,采用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM等手段对掺钾Li2ZrO3的前驱体及掺钾Li2ZrO3晶体粉末进行了表征,分析了凝胶的热分解变化过程和四方晶形结构的形成过程。结果表明:在800℃下焙烧150 min,制备出的掺钾Li2ZrO3超细晶体粉末为四方晶型,晶型完整、均匀。采用TG-DSC对掺钾Li2ZrO3晶体粉末在程序升温和高温恒温状态下吸附CO2的性能进行了研究。最佳吸附温度为500 ℃,90 min样品吸附CO2量可达吸附剂质量的29.5%。

Abstract:K-doped Li2ZrO3 super fine powder has been synthesized by citric acid-ethylene glycol sol-gel method using the nitrates of lithium, zirconyl, potassium as starting materials. The precursor of K-doped Li2ZrO3 and the powder of K-doped Li2ZrO3 have also been characterized by TG-DSC、XRD、SEM measurements. The decomposition of the gel and the formation of the tetragonal crystalline form were analyzed. The crystal phase of K-doped Li2ZrO3 is tetragonal, holonomic and homogeneous. The CO2 sorption properties were evaluated by TG-DSC in CO2 atmosphere under temperature programmed and constant high temperature status. Sorption capacity of CO2 on K-doped Li2ZrO3 can reach up to 29.5% at 500 ℃ for 90 min with faster adsorptive velocity.
