| 摘 要： | 高教改革的深化必将引起高校人才培养的强烈震撼，出现一系列供需矛盾的问题，人才培养目标必须进行相应的变革以适应现代社会的需要。本文从培养目标、运行机制、管理体制三方面改革给高校人才培养提出的问题及对策进行探讨。
