| 摘 要： | 针对敏捷供应链管理中供应商选择这一重要问题，考虑到网络技术和信息技术的发展所带来的企业可供选择的供应商越来越多以及处理选择供应商的数据越来越大的特点，迫切需要一个综合评价供应商的方法。分析了网络时代供应商选择的特点，结合层次分析法（AHP）和数据包络法（DEA）的优缺点，提出了一种选择供应商的AHP／DEA方法，并运用AHP／DEA方法对实例进行分析和计算，得到了满意的计算结果。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the characteristics of vendor selecting during network times are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods for analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) are discussed. A new vendor selecting combined with both the advantages of AHP and DEA is put forward. This new method is used to solve the instance of vendor selecting. The result is the same as that of the expert making out. It is shown that the new method is very effective. |
