| Abstract: | we develop a struCture theory related to the stem covers lifting group automorphisms, based on Fry's r group and Gruenberg's extension category (Tr| G).It gives the necessary and sufficient conditions for extension-isomorph to stem coverslifting all automorphisms of a group, and a constructive method for such stem covers. |
