| 摘 要： | 云南省第四届村＂两委＂换届选举工作于2010年6月底结束,全省1.2万多个任期届满的行政村115万多农村党员和2400多万选民,通过一张张选票,选出了自己信赖的＂当家人＂。目前,第四届村＂两委＂干部已经履职了一年多时间,他们的工作、生活、思想状况如何？文章针对村＂两委＂干部存在的主要问题,深入分析原因,提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | The 4th rounds of village ＂two committees＂ election for the new session in Yunnan ends in June of 2010. Over one million and one hundred fifty thousand village party members and twenty-four million voters in more than twelve thousand villages vote for their reliable leaders. At present the 4th session ＂two committees＂ cadres has worked for over one year. The paper analyzes their work, life and ideological status, discovers main problems and reasons for the problems and puts forward countermeasures. |
