| Abstract: | By introducing the principle of Domino's theory in risk management,this paper puts forward the idea that the focus of maritime risk management should be on the control of human errors,analyzes the causes of human errors,comes up with ways of controlling human errors and finally sum up the advantages and disadvantages of Domino's theory. |
