摘    要:目的:建立复方制剂益肝散中两种有效成分大黄素和大黄素甲醚的含量测定方法;方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil(钻石)C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6mm);流动相甲醇:0.05%磷酸水溶液(75∶25)。流速1mL.min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长254nm。结果:大黄素和大黄素甲醚进样量分别在0.014 5~0.462 4μg和0.008 8~0.280 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为:98.3%和98.7%;结论:该法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于益肝散的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a method to determine emodin and physcion in Yigansan.Methodes:Using RP-HPLC methode with Diamonsil C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm) column,the mobile phase was methano:0.05% phosphoric acid(72∶25).Flow rate was 1mL.min-1,the detetion wavelength was 254nm,and column temperature was 35℃.Results:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.0145~0.4624μg(r=0.9998) for emodin,and 0.0088~0.2800μg(r=0.9993) for physcion.The average recovery rates for emodin and chrysophanol were 98.3% and 98.7% respectively.Conclusion:The method is convenient and appropriate for determination of emodin and physcion in Yigansan.
