电磁场对小鼠血液的影响

摘    要:研究了50Hz正弦交变磁场和脉冲磁场对小鼠血液细胞生长的影响。实验采用不同类型、不同强度和不同作用时间对小鼠进行间歇暴磁,根据血液分析仪的检测数据,统计出不同类型和不同作用时间的磁场对小鼠血液细胞的影响。结果表明,抑制细胞生长和细胞受伤害的程度与磁场的类型、磁场强度和磁场的作用时间等因数有关。

Abstract:This article describes the effects of 50Hz sine alternating magnetic field and the pulse magnetic field on the growth mice's blood cell.The test adopts the different kinds and the different strength of field and different acting time to make the intermittent magnetic exposure of the mice.Then according to the detection data recorded by the blood analyzer, the effects of the different kind of magnetic fields and the different acting time on the mice's blood cell are analyzed by the statistical method. The restrained cell growth and the hurt degree of the cell are related to the kinds of the magnetic fields,the strength and the acting time of the magnetic field and so on.
