基于ANSYS的箍紧装置有限元分析

摘    要:通过对箍紧装置进行有限元分析,得出了在局部过盈配合条件下箍紧装置的受力情况,并运用时间历程后处理器及Matlab软件,拟合出了卡箍在拆卸过程中的拆装力随时间变化曲线,对箍紧装置的结构设计及拆装力分析提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Stress circumstances of hoop device that conditioned on part interference joint were found,by finite element analysis on the basis of ANSYS.And disassembly force-time curve in course of dismantling the hoop was educed,using time course post processor and MATLAB software.It have reference value on physical design and disassembly force analysis of hoop device.
