超微粒的表面能随粒径和温度变化规律探讨

摘    要:考虑了超微粒的线度效应和原子振动的非简谐效应,从微观角度导出了超微粒的表面能随粒径和温度变化规律的具体表示式.当应用于Ag超微粒时,理论结果与通过熔化温度的测量采用热力学方法所得的结果一致

Abstract:The line effect of ultrafine particle and the anharmomic effect of atom vibration are accounted for.The equation of the surface energy of ultrafine particle varing with the temperature and size is presented microlos mically.When it is applied to Ag ultrafine particle,the theoretical calcalations are identical to the resurts from measuring melting temperature and using theormodynamics methods.
