| 摘 要： | 以蚕豆根尖为材料，研究了赤子爱胜蚓浸膏对环磷酰胺诱变的保护作用．结果表明，用赤子爱胜蚓浸膏处理后，可以降低由环磷酰胺诱发的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率和染色体畸变率．１％蚯蚓浸膏处理组与阳性对照组相比，微核率和染色体畸变率分别降低７０２１％和４５３６％；０５％蚯蚓浸膏处理组，微核率和染色体畸变率分别降低４６３９％和３８３９％；０１％蚯蚓浸膏处理组，微核率和染色体畸变率分别降低２９８８％和２６８６％．

| Abstract: | The protective effect of the extract of earthworm( Eisenia foetida ) on aberration,induced by cyclophosphamide with material of root tips of Vicia faba L.,has been studied.The results show that the micronucleus rate and the chromosome aberration rate,induced by cyclophosphamide in root cells of Vicia faba L.,have been reduced after treated with the extract of earthworm.The micronucles rate and chromosome aberration rate in the treated group of 1% earthworm extract have been reduced about 70 21% and 45 36% when compared with those in the CK( ).The micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate in the treated group of 0 5% earthworm extract have been reduced about 46 39% and 38 39%.In 0 1% earthworm extract group,the micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate have been reduced about 29 88% and 26 86%. |
