| 摘 要： | 研究了Ｃａ＾２＋，Ｍｇ＾２＋，Ｆｅ＾３＋，Ａｌ＾３＋，Ｚｎ＾２＋，Ｓｎ＾２＋等离子用于沉淀茶多酚，发现Ｚｎ＾２＋效果最好，故仔细研究了Ｚｎ＾２＋作沉淀剂时的沉淀条件，探讨了其沉淀机理。

| Abstract: | Tea polyphenols were precipitated by utilizing 6 kinds mertallic ions (including:Ca 2 ,Mg 2 ,Fe 2 ,Al 3 ,Zn 2 ,Sn 2 et al).Found Zn 2 is the best one.Therefore,studied its precipitated conditions carefully,and discussed its precipitated mechanism. |
