茶多酚的制备及沉淀机理探讨

摘    要:研究了Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Fe^3+,Al^3+,Zn^2+,Sn^2+等离子用于沉淀茶多酚,发现Zn^2+效果最好,故仔细研究了Zn^2+作沉淀剂时的沉淀条件,探讨了其沉淀机理。

Abstract:Tea polyphenols were precipitated by utilizing 6 kinds mertallic ions (including:Ca 2 ,Mg 2 ,Fe 2 ,Al 3 ,Zn 2 ,Sn 2 et al).Found Zn 2 is the best one.Therefore,studied its precipitated conditions carefully,and discussed its precipitated mechanism.
