| 摘 要： | 利用酸碱沉淀法对营养酸模蛋白质的等电点进行了连续细化测定 ,其测定结果为 :营养酸模叶蛋白等电点为 pH =3 2 ,在此等电点下 ,其最大沉淀率和提取率分别为 74 8%和 2 55% ,为进一步研制和提高营养酸模叶蛋白的工艺和质量提供了重要的参数

| Abstract: | By using the acidity alkali sedimentation method to determine the isoelectric point(PI) of nutritious rumex proteins continuously and meticulously,the investigation has shown the isoelectric point is pH=3 2.At this level the maximum sedimentation rate and the maximum extraction rate are 74.8% and 2.55% respectively.These findings seem to be of much importance on further study and improvement of process and quality on nutritious rumex protein. |
