河南省小康水平实现程度差异研究

河南省是我国的一个农业大省也是我国第一人口大省,河南省小康水平的发展直接影响着我国小康总体水平的发展。20世纪90年代中期以来,河南省小康水平发展取得长足进展,本文采用综合评分和综合指数相结合的方法,评价了河南省各县小康水平,并对比分析了河南省小康水平的县际差异,揭示产生这些差异的原因,最后提出提高河南省县级小康水平的具体策略。

County divergence of well-to-do level in Henan province

Henan province is a big agriculture province of our country and it has a good many population in our country. So its development of well-to-do level affects the development of the overall well-to-do level of our country. So the development of the well-to-do level of Henan province has made a considerable process since the middle of 1990s. The paper weighs the well-to-do level of every country in Henna province by adopting the way of giving a mark and combining with composite index synthetically. Then the paper compares with that and analyses the difference of the well-to-do level between every counties in Henan province. Then it catches the reason of the difference. At last, the text propose the strategic policy of raising the well-to-do level in Henan province.
