微量元素Na对Al-Si体系共晶温度的影响

摘    要:本文测定了微量元素Na对Al-Si共晶温度的影响,并应用热力学基本原理计算了Al-Si体系加Na后共晶析出温度的变化。结果表明,测得的数据与计算的结果是一致的。

Abstract:The addition Of trace element Na to an Al-Si alloy results in the modification of the Al-Si alloy and changes the microstructure and the eutectic temperature of the Al-Si eutectic alloy in comparison with that without Na.For a further study on the rule of modification of the Al-Si alloy, we gave the metastable equation of the Al-Si system, determined and calculated the eutectic temperature of the Al-Si system with the addition of trace Na. The result of experiments tallys well with that of calculation.
