摘    要:教师职业道德的主要规范包括:忠诚教育,教书育人,热爱学生,为人师表,团结协作,不断进取。教师职业道德养成的实践途径有:加强学习和培训,提高教师职业道德的认识水平:加强考评和监督,完善教师职业道德的评估机制;加强激励和约束,营造教师职业道德的良好氛围;加强内化自律,升华教师职业道德的精神境界;

Abstract:The main norms of teachers' occupational morals include loyalty to education, loving students, being a paragon of virtue and learning, solidarity and cooperation, constantly making progress, etc. The practical approaches of teachers' occupational morals include strengthening study and training, improving the college teachers' cognitive level of occupational morals, strengthening examination and appraisal and supervision, perfecting the appraisal mechanism of teachers' occupational morals, strengthening encouragement and restraint, creating good environment of teachers' occupational morals, strengthening inherent self-discipline and improving teachers' spiritual realm of occupational morals.
