异丙酚联合氯胺酮及阿托品在输卵管绝育术中的应用

目的观察异丙酚联合氯胺酮、阿托品用于输卵管绝育术的镇痛效果及副作用。方法200例要求行输卵管绝育术者随机分成观察组和对照组,前者用异丙酚联合氯胺酮、阿托品静脉麻醉,后者用1%普鲁卡因局部麻醉,观察两组的镇痛效果,并监测观察组BP、HR、SPO2的变化。结果观察组镇痛效果显著,有效率达100%,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);观察组呼吸循环系统出现轻度抑制。结论异丙酚联合氯胺酮、阿托品用于输卵管绝育术可增强麻醉镇痛效果,减少副作用,从而达到无痛结扎的要求。

Observation of analgesic effects of Propofol, Ketamine and Atropine administered jointly on the procedure of surgical ligation of fallopian tubes

ObjectiveTo observe the analgesic effects of PropofolKetamine and Atropine administered jointly on tubosterilization. Methods200 patients who were performed tubosterilization were randomly categorized into test group in which Propofol, Ketamine and Atropine were administered as intravenous anesthetics and control group in which 1% procaine was administered as local anesthetic. The analgesic effects of two groups were observed and BP, HR and SPO2 were monitored in test group. ResultsSignificant analgesic effects revealed in the test group with 100% effective rate, and there was significant difference between the test group and the control group (P<0.01). Slight inhibitions of respiratory and cardiovascular system were observed. ConclusionCombined usage of Propofol, Ketamine and Atropine can compensate each other, reduce side effects and achieve satisfactory analgesia in tubosterilization i.e.(surgical ligation of fallopian tubes).
