摘    要:就我国根茎类蔬菜品质下降的现状,从氮肥、磷肥、钾肥等几种肥料的用量、种类等几个方面进行了分析与综述,为根茎类蔬菜的合理施肥提供参考.研究表明,随着肥料用量的增加,蔬菜品质得到改善,但是过量的肥料反而使品质下降.

Abstract:Decline in the quality of root vegetables in china,from the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,etc,including the amount of fertilizer,types and other aspects,I analyzed and reviewed them,they can provide a reference to the root vegetables.The results show that with the increase in fertilizer,improve the quality of vegetable,however,excessive fertilizer will cause vegetable quality to decline.
