摘    要:基于场地条件和抗震设防烈度的中高层住宅结构选型优化可用于住宅的初步设计.综合考虑一次投资费用、灾后损失及维修费用、结构整体刚度、结构整体延性、施工工期等多项条件,建立了多目标结构优化模型,并提出了三标度模糊层次分析法(T-FAHP),即采用(0,1,2)三标度法对每一元素进行两两比较后,建立一个比较矩阵并计算出各元素的排序指数,通过变换将比较矩阵转化为判断矩阵,并证明其完全满足一致性要求.另外,由于在咨询过程中只需采用3个标度,有关专家就很容易做出正确的判断,从而更易于被决策者接受.实例分析表明,该模型可选择出适合给定场地条件和抗震设防烈度的中高层住宅最佳结构型式,具有很好的工程应用价值.

Abstract:Lectotype optimization of mid-highrise residential building based on site conditions and seismic fortification intensity is used for the original design of residential building. A multi-objective lectotype optimization model is presented taking into account multiple items, such as the original investment, disaster losses and maintenance cost, the integral stiffness, the total ductility, the construction period, etc., and a three-scale fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (T-FAHP)is proposed. First, the three-scale (0,1,2) method is used to do pairwise comparison and construct comparison matrix. Using either of the extreme-range method or the extreme-ratio method, the ranking index number of the comparison matrix can be calculated. The second stage is to transform the comparison matrix into the judgment matrix, and prove that the latter absolutely meets the consistency checking. In addition, because of the use of the three-scale method during consultation, the experts can easily give the relatively precise judgments. The result of a calculation example shows that the T-FAHP is practical and it can select the optimal structural system suitable for the specified site conditions and seismic fortification intensity.
