摘    要:在全球化的今天,丰田汽车召回事件引发"丰田危机"的严重性被成倍地放大,演化成一个全球性的公共事件,影响了日本的国家形象,再次否定了以前甚为流行的跨国公司"超国家属性",并凸显了跨国企业在国家形象建构中的应有地位。中国应从中认真反思,把实施"走出去"战略与建构国家形象结合起来,从国家营销的高度有所作为,为我国经济社会的发展营造有利的国际舆论环境。
