摘    要:田间观测同一区域不同光照条件下小拟南芥可塑性变化,研究表明:1)阴阳两地小拟南芥在株高和茎生叶数、叶重、花序重、茎重、莲座叶重等特征均达到显著差异,但是两地适合度差异不显著,显示出很强的可塑性;2)阴阳两地小拟南芥在叶重与茎生叶数、花序重与花序长、茎重与株高、地下重与主根长、角果重与角果数均表现为极显著相关,表现出很强的特征整合能力。根据现代植物可塑性研究成果,对新疆境内小拟南芥光适应性特点及进化趋势进行了分析。

Abstract:Through a trial study to the variation of Arabidopsis punmila in different light conditions in same area, the results show:1) Arabidopsis Pumila in heliophilous and umbrosous are all in significant difference in the weight of stem leaf, inflorescence, stem, rosette leaf and the number of stem leaf.(P<0.05).But the fitness in two treatments is not the same as them, This coincides its strong plasticity mostly.2) The weight and number of stem leaves, the weight and height of inflorescence, the weight of stem and the height of plant>, the weight of subterraneous and the length of principal root, the weight and number of silicle, all the double morphological indexes have the significant correlation. We can get the conclusion that Arabidopsis Pumila has powerful integration on configuration.According to the latest achievement of plant plasticity, we have analysed the adaptive trait and evolutional trend of Arabidopsis Pumila in this paper.
