| 摘 要： | 远程视频监控系统在网络迅速发展的今天已被越来越多的部门所使用．首先介绍了远程视频监控系统的基本概念、应用价值，然后针对某电力公司的使用需求设计了整个远程视频监控系统的系统结构、模块功能分工及软件流程，最后运用VC＋＋语言编程实现了电力远程视频监控系统．
