| 摘 要： | 我国监理企业目前存在着规模小、竞争力弱、人员素质不高等问题 .造成这些不足的原因主要是管理体制、监理企业资质等级评选方法和建设项目招投标活动等方面存在不合理之处 .推进我国监理企业发展 ,一方面需要监理企业在提高自身素质的基础上加强联合 ,也需要进行监理企业管理体制的改革 ,这包括逐步建立全国统一的监理企业管理体制和完善监理企业的评选方法

| Abstract: | China engineering supervision enterprises have three disadvantages which include the smallness of size,feebleness of competitive power and the low of competence of staff.The causes of these disadvantages derive from the illogicality of management system in China engineering supervision enterprises, of measure on selecting the grade of China engineering supervision enterprises, of inviting public bidding on engineering projects.The hope for promoting the development of China engineering supervision enterprises rise from cooperation with each other of China engineering supervision enterprises on the basis of improving the competence of staff and reform of management system in China engineering supervision enterprises.The reform includes the foundation of an united management system in China engineering supervision enterprises countrywide step by step and improving measures on selecting the grade of China engineering supervision enterprises. |
