大数据时代传媒企业的赢利转型

摘    要:大数据对传媒产业的发展带来严峻挑战,同时也为传媒企业的赢利转型提供了契机。随着数据逐渐演变成为战略资产,传媒企业新的赢利点将集中在数据资产的运营方面。针对传媒企业的现实状况,分析其如何通过利用经营数据、用户数据、新闻产品数据实现精细化管理、个性化服务和数据内容的信息化服务,从而实现赢利转型。

Abstract:Big data, as a technology, either provides media enterprises with opportunities ior proilt transiorma- tion, or brings serious challenges. When the data gradually become a kind of strategic assets, the profit of media enterprises will focus on how to manage the data assets. Based on the practical situation of media enterprises, the paper analyzes the management strategy on different kinds of data such as operational data, user data and news products'data, which is the foundation for achieving the elaboration management, and has presented personalized service and information service in the big data ear.
