| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status of scientific achievements management in colleges and universities, and through the study on the features of DSpace software and the functional demand of scientific achievements management system, puts forward the suggestion on building the scientific achievements management in colleges and universities by using DSpace system to build the scientific research management system after studying on DSpace system of Open Source as the software development platform. |
