基于微波技术的森林防火监控系统

摘    要:设计了森林防火监控系统.该系统主要由视频信号采集、信号传输、区森林防火指挥中心、视频会议和山下护林员办公室5部分组成.数据采集部分采用日本CBC生产的H30Z1015AMS高倍镜头、松下WVCP470高清晰度彩色摄像机以及YA403高灵敏度拾音器采集视频/音频信号;信号传输部分采用无线微波传输方式,选用Sunet2420作为无线网桥实现微波信号的收发;区森林防火指挥中心采用一台DELL主控计算机,将其连接到S1600e-R的视频/音频网络服务器,以控制图像的显示、存储、报警及画面切换,用Smart-sight nDVR监控软件对信号采集设备(云台、镜头等)进行控制.运行结果显示:与常规的“地面巡护“、“望台观测“森林监控方法相比,该系统保证能以较快的速度和较高的效率预防并扑灭森林火灾.

Abstract:Designed was the forest fireproofing system.The system was constructed organically from five parts: video signal acquisition,signal transmission,command center,video meeting and defending stuff office.High ratio zoom lens H30Z1015AMS produced by Japanese CBC,high definition colorized video camera and high-sensitivity pickup were used in the system to make the acquisition of video/audio signals.Wireless microwave transmission was the right choice for this design,in which the link was constructed with the help of Sunet2420 functions as the wireless bridge.A dell computer was the main part of the command center of the system.Using it connected with S1600e-R video/audio network server,it controled the display and storage of the image and the switching to alarming interface.Using the Smartsight nDVR monitoring software to control the signal gathering equipment(lens,frontline propaganda and so on).The result displaying,which had guaranteed the goal-the more quickerspeed and the more efficiency to control the forest fires.compared with ground scout and lookout observation.
